Cancellation Policy
A $95 non-refundable, non-transferable deposit is required to book any extension installation or color service. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment will incur a 75% service fee, charged to the card on file. If no card is on file, the cancellation fee must be paid prior to booking any future services. Please be mindful of your stylist’s time. We understand that life happens—kindly communicate any changes in advance so we can best accommodate you.
